You will need to provide a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) to us during the ordering process. This is usually generated by your hosting provider or the control panel / tools provided by your hosting provider. After you have completed your order you will be provided with an SSL Certificate which you will have to install on your web site via your hosting control panel / tools or with the help of your hosting provider. It is recommended that you carefully read the more detailed technical documents available on our web site before starting your order if you are not technically minded or inexperienced.

Firstly you will need to have your identity verified by GeoTrust via a simple, but trusted, verification process - you will need to start by using our online ordering system. You will be sent a USB key via courier with any required drivers. Once you have installed your USB key you will be able to download your digital certificate electronically and begin signing PDF files. Instructions in regard to the USB key installation and digital certificate download will be included with your USB key.
